Amber Alert issued for 9-year-old last seen in Green Bay

By of the Journal Sentinel Officials have issued an Amber Alert for a 9-year-old boy last seen in Green Bay Tuesday night. The child, Donovin Johnston, may be with his mother, Connie Smiley, 33, according to the alert. She is suspected of taking the boy between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. Wednesday against court order. Officials said Smiley is suspected to be mentally ill and said she has previously spoken of harming Donovin. She is living out of her car, a 2003 blue Kia Rio four-door sedan; its plates read 228-WYF. It's possible they're traveling toward Watertown.
